Personal data owners (hereinafter to
be referred as the “Applicants”) defined as the relevant persons in the
Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDP Law”) are entitled to make some
demands with respect to processing of their personal data in Article 11 of PDP
Law.
In accordance with Article 13,
paragraph one of PDP Law, any applications to be made to Ramada By
Wyndham Uşak as the data supervisor must be notified to us in written form or by
means of other methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Board (“the
Board”).
In this framework, the applications
to be made to Ramada By Wyndham Uşak “in written form” may be notified
to us;
- Via
personal application of the Applicant,
- By
sending to registered electronic mail of Ramada By Wyndham Uşak by being signed by the Applicant
with “safe electronic signature” defined in the Electronic Signature Law
No. 5070.
Below, information is provided as
specific to written application channels with respect to how written
applications may be delivered to us.

Moreover, once the other methods to
be determined by the Board, the COMPANY shall
announce how the applications would be received with these methods.
- Your applications sent to us shall be responded
in thirty days beginning from the date when your request is delivered to
us according to request’s nature in accordance with article 13 of PDP Law.
Our responses shall be delivered to you in written form or in electronic
media in accordance with Article 13 provisions of PDP Law.
