WATER USAGE EFFICENCY

• Wyndham Green program guides us towards more environment friendly approach towards the water. Therefore we have a Schedule to reduce the water usage in our property by developing Linen&Towel Reuse Program and redesigning our faucets/showerheads to reduce their flowrate.


 ENERGY EFFICIENCY

• The design of our building is created to obtain maximum capacity of daylight for the Comfort of a quality hotel.

• We have smart air-conditioning system in all of our guestrooms, which works with sensitive sensors depending on the vacancy of the room.«Incom automation system» starts working the minute a guest enters the room and stops as soon as guest leaves the room. This smart system helps us to save energy and use it efficiently.

• %93 of our indoor lightings are energy efficient.And we have a current Schedule to replace the rest as well.

• All of the cleaning products that we use in our hotel that we chose are environment friendly and recyclable by the Wyndham Quality Standarts.

 

RECYCLING

 •We recycle every possible item in our property, we have several containers that collect glass, battery, paper, plastic materials. A licensed company collects these  products to recycle.

• Used oil in our kitchen equipment, fryers, grease traps are contained in tanks and send to a licensed company to be recycled.

• We use formulators and dosage controllers in our laundry and kitchens in order to avoid excessive amounts of cleaning products and protect environment.
